The storyboard is the visual script. Storyboards are like comic books of films. Information such as camera movements, character actions, dialogue, timing, special and sound effects, scene transitions. The storyboard stage is the most important one because many problems not foreseen are spotted at this stage.
Storyboard artists are hired to render scripts visually. Whereas few members of the creative team ever see the script, the storyboard often becomes the most important reference for the entire project. Storyboards are often revised to accommodate changes and developments.
